Guest Opinion: Tester Failed to Rein in Coal Plant Emission Restrictions - Billings Gazette

This past summer, Sen. Jon Tester had the opportunity to make an important choice: He could either stand with President Obama and his war on coal, or he could stand with Montana families who need the jobs and affordable energy that comes from developing our vast resources.

Sen. Tester made the wrong choice and the results are clear: the Corette plant will be forced to close its doors, putting Montanans out of work. Corette is just the beginning. If President Obama and Sen. Tester have their way, Montana’s energy producers will continue being regulated out of business.
